I honestly don't have that amount of domain knowledge, and my statement that the company is doing well comes from looking at the company reports.
I remember reading that the 8 point plan Implemented by the current CEO has made the company less dependent on weather conditions and in general less cyclical, but its encouraging to know that the weather is fair. Especially considering that the recent selloff was partly triggered by the weather outlook.
