There are significant nutritional deficiencies, incidence rising - due to plant based ‘products ‘ & milks etc.
”Created” foods , marketed and sold as a product for this trend and to provide enough food for all.
Important overall nutrition, essential minerals and elements and optimal vitamins , best or even only readily obtained by consuming animal meat and products, inc from dairy.
This is becoming an issue with popular buying of plant based products for meals.
It is thought that generally vegetarians, and vegans definitely would hope- are more switched on to what they need to include in their diets to gain balanced nutrients for personal intake.
Casual preference for more plant based foods eating, becoming so commonplace, has issues now being seen in young adults especially.
Attributed to young women being unable to fall pregnant even, in significant number instances now I read the other day. Which makes sense.
Body got to be able to support healthy foetus to get pregnant.
