    Sorry to stir up this debate

    I went plant based after a Coronary Calcium CT Scan showed calcifications in my coronary arteries (58yo) - not a super high score but an eye opener just the same

    I get my protein from tofu, veggies, fake meats and protein powders and I have calcium enriched oat milk in my coffee

    I supplement with B12, Omega 3, Iron, Vitamin D3, beta alanine, taurine, carnitine, creatine and a multivitamin as a backup - may seem excessive but I’m happy to do so.

    I can’t speak to what other people do - I’m doing it for me - oh, and the planet lol

    I donate blood every 3 months and had one occasion of low iron - this resolved after upping my iron tabs

    Health wise I am at my healthiest ever - I ran the melbourne marathon last year for the first time and finished - just lol

    Just my 2 cents, ELD to the moon!
