Thanks for reminder- I have referral for coronary calcium score diagnostic. (I asked for it You need to ask for it unfortunately, but is good for everyone to do by second half 50s, before 60yrs age. Simple to do, not more involved than needs to be, no injected dyes as understand it, and is good test)

It simply is difficult to gain one’s broad nutritional needs compared to eating animal based proteins. This what saying. But yes very interesting what people do, My daughters boyfriend is vegetarian and very healthy, they’re both health professionals also.

I don’t think we are going to effect Elders fortunes and trajectory too much with our diet choices.

I will be enjoying a meat meal sometime in the next day, preferably from an animal that has recently walked around on 4 legs eating natural grasses.
