Just to add to the above, shorts continue to drop slowly (no joke intended) and currently sit at approx 2.5%. Of course, this is appreciably lower than the 9% mid last year. So, in my layman's opinion, the shorters aren't responsible for a diminishing SP. I again finger the index funds which seem to be playing a game of Follow the Leader. To me, such is not sophisticated nor investing.
Where does that leave us? Obviously, looking forward to the next profit report (November?). To me, the seasons have been pretty good. Let's hope that ABARES and Rabobank are correct. Happy to hear other views. GLTAH Keith
