I can't forget Malcolm Jackman's contribution either. He was CEO immediately prior to Mark. In my opinion it was Malcolm who actually saved the company from the jaws of bankruptcy.
I think Mark has been a solid leader but his genius was the eight point plan which has served as a guiding light for all employees of ELD on its journey back to profitability. I hope the new CEO recognises this and keeps it going, updating it as needed to suit...
