Pretty funny really

Elders is just like farming actually—without living through it blow by blow anymore.. or experiencing 100% crop or animal losses either !
Qld eg. Darling Downs parts, NSW —excellent ripe crops inc of close family, standing in water now after recent months rains + then this last week’s deluges since Wednesday night. Going to be big crop losses & delayed harvesting , crop quality heavily downgraded.
(Will be still feed quality can presume?)

Livestock numbers would not have been able to be transported to Toowoomba.
Also stockholders be likely to hold onto stock and fatten themselves with excellent grass & feed prospects. Hay be issue ? (Though likely already harvested in past month or so and in sheds? Should be good stored hay available ahead ?)

I admit I don’t follow so closely anymore inc ELD
Happy to simply hold and monitor as required, always going to be something which will affect the earnings & markets.
