    Words are fine, but NOW action speaks louder than words.

    Consider the Parramatta murder of Curtis Cheng by the muslim kid. So the Grand Mufti and the head of the Parramatta mosque came out afterwards blaming deviant interpretations of Islam and radicalisation springing from factors including personal motives, individual history, psychology state, social situation and the family context.

    Funny that only days before, the murderer attended a talk involving Hizb Ut Tahrir at the Parramatta mosque - and we know about their views...

    ...it seems words from the mouths of Islamic leaders are hollow when in one breath, they blame radical interpretations, while at the same time, they allow groups like Hizb-Ut Tahrir a public mouthpiece in their communities and from their pulpits.

    It's strange how the hands of Islamic community spokespersons suddenly appear bound and they are unable to exert enough pressure locally to ensure radical elements of their community are starved of oxygen - suddenly, that is the job of the government...
