So much stock was being dumped at the close at all time low 18.5 cents. It surprising with all this take over speculatioin share price is falling. Maybe potential acquirer is waiting for fire sale. Falling share will Elder breach it debt convenant? I think something is going on, complicated structure and debt it hard to find someone to pay decent takeover premium.
I have large losses may turn in to 100% loss. We are in this situation due to privious mismanagement.
