elders sale of sandalwood plantations

Does anyone have a handle on what inferences can be drawn from news that Elders is selling its 15 Sandalwood estates?

I read a news report a couple of days ago that Santanol, backed by an undisclosed foreign buyer is possibly buying the plantations at a circa $70m value.

Article didn't state the size of the plantations, age, ownership or management/ fee structure so hard to infer anything to TFC as a result.

Does anyone have any further information that could assist in guesstimating what this may imply as a valuation for TFC's Sandalwood plantation ...

I note that TFC price is holding up well and is now pushing onwards and upwards again.
