My advice to you is to do your research buddy - you will find that no companies deal directly with individual indigenous groups, rather they deal with indigenous land councils for this exact reason
What you are seeing here is the typical in fighting between indigenous groups which has nothing to do this project, rather each indigenous group wanting a larger share of the royalties or payments from the previously singed land access agreement - flick back through the announcements and you will see this was done some time ago
Your posts on here evidence your lack of understanding, your personal issues with LCK and lack of credibility
