Though it is not reflected in the share price - Yet.
Mind you there's not too many retail holders who would have a clue about Elders Australia wide reach with its commensurate depth of valuable assets, and that GrainCorp will likely be the candidate who moves on the company.
Also, given the chart suggests there has been a noticeable increase in volume since late June, and that an upward trend has been confirmed by this activity, then one might conclude someone likes ELD
Anyway I'm happy to wait in the sidelines until a deal plays out, noting, that for Agrium to say what they said, indicates they have already had a stint at running their slide ruler over Elders
