Elders Whyalla Branch Manager Graeme Taylor said real estate was Elders fastest growing service, with local business being really strong.
Mr Taylor said the numerous exciting projects in Whyalla were signifying a positive future for the real estate market, including the $100 million new high school and 280MW Cultana Solar Farm.
Mr Taylor said Elders would be matching the need for accommodation should the population grow as forecast by GFG Alliance Chairman Sanjeev Gupta and the Whyalla City Council.
