If there was a takeover, why don't you expect to get face value + int + 50% of t/o premium?
My view is that this would be forthcoming as only 150m of hybrids, and company value (particularly in a t/o) is a multiple of that.
This is different to a BBI/BEPPA, where BBI was worth next to nothing and BEPPA at face was hundreds of millions of dollars.
If there was a takeover, why don't you expect to get face value...
