I have done a calculation on ELDPA return and based on following:
- BBSW average 4% until 30 June 2012 (mainly for PV)
- distribution freeze as announced until 31 Mar 2012
- 97.4 value on conversion on 30 Sep 2012 (5% disc on 102.56 due to selling after buying on VWAP)
- purchase ELDPA at $58 today
the equivalent rate is 25% per annum.
