I do have a sneaking suspicion that if Elders meet or exceed their guidance distributions could be resumed earlier. The suspension of the divs and distributions is the investors insurance against the management disapointing again.
That said I don't see massive upside for ELPDA in the short term. $55 is probably fair value at the moment, but there doesn't seem to be any driver to lift them from this value for at least 6 months. I think my ELDPA proceeds will be going in to the ELD cap raising, then perhaps out of ELD and back in to PA a bit later.
