Not always the case that the market is right! Seems these ELDPAs are a genuine bargain (Just less of a bargain than they were not long ago!) You can margin loan against these with ANZ margin lending at 60% (if you meet their diversified criteria). This could crank up your returns a bit more if you are greedy like me, although I got mine at under $40 (can't remember what price exactly) - so the economics were very compelling back then! May still be so!
