High grade 65% concentrate is hardly down. Its currently US$189.70/tonne AUD $265.11/t
The downside risk I see is that all the old NSL, IOR shareholders who are sick of waiting for the share price to go up so that they can get 1/4 of their money back.
ELE is basically a new company, all the dead wood has gone.
Very few IO companies have the low cost of production that ELE has as all the magnetite is sitting on the ground next to the beneficiation plant. Very few iron ore companies in Australia get the high grade concentrate price which is US$50/tonne more than 62% grade.
