Also, they have 4 people in upper management on their website. From what I can see, they have multiple commitments on other boards and companies. Energe have 5-6 employees on theIr lInkedin and 2 of them are from the management team. Their website says they are based in Subiaco Perth and their LinkedIn says they're based in Sydney NSW. The CEO is currently studying in Cumbria for his MBA which is in the UK. But he's based in South Africa judging by his South African phone number on the 28 August announcement.

Don't know if it Helps,but they have a Contact Phone Number for the Subiaco Office in Perth.....I had a Chat with one of the Guys there the Other Week.....You can,as a Share Holder ask some Questions of the Board Yourself....Found him Friendly,Informative....If you have a Broker you can always ask them as Well.
