That's a bit over the top. While the announcement did say they sold just over 100,000 shares the other day, it also said that their holding has gone from 10,082,000 shares to 10,509,000 over the period. To suggest that they are in possession of dire information resulting in this non existent sell down is chicken little stuff at best.
Stock looks as well placed as any in this environment IMO.
