(what you are proposing is identical to a normal coin toss having a third outcome, heads, tails or landing on its rim. DSM 5 probably has a category for rim logicians)

For all your long winded bile you still haven't demonstrated that if an election is to be held in July, it must necessarily be a DD election, which is the contingency on which your proposed arbitrage rests.
