The arguments on housing mean very little as it's all to slow.
The causes of lack of supply are well know.
There are not the numbers of required builders to build what's needed. Probably not enough materials if there were.
To many foreign owners.
One house one person.
Far to many people entering our country.
To many houses used to compete with travel accommodation, Airbnb etc.
And other reasons.
Your Supernaution is not safe from government changes as proven over the years. It's a good idea to let people use their super for family housing. Eg, Bank of mom and dad.
It's all so boring at the moment with all sides stating to have a solution some 8 years down the track.
Each elected representative has a three year term. Pointless having arguments about 8 years down the track.
Let's have a housing commission and housings co-ops again as we had when housing was built.
