This is apparently Mr Abbott's fault (like every thing else). If he and his colleagues had passed the legislation Mr Rudd and Ms Wong could of gone the Copenhagen and showed the world the way and all of those thick overseas leaders would have fallen over Mr Rudd and Ms Wong pleading for their help to set up big new nebulas taxes in their countries.
Shame on you Mr Abbott abusing all that power that you opposition folk have.
