I interpret the line in the Diggers and Dealers presentation to be completion of commissioning in Q2 2018. In the Goldinvest video interview with SW in July, SW stated that they were aiming for nameplate capacity by end of Q2 2018.

Remember the BoD have performance rights that require commencement of commissioning production by end of Q1 2018 and they don't exactly have a history of setting themselves performance targets that they are not very confident they can achieve. My money is on commissioning commencing in Q1 even if it is on 31st March to get the performance rights over the line.
