No you didnt say that, what I say is watch what we/sometimes say about being like the US..ie what we wish for almost...
we could have a US @ 50% strength market meltdown...that would be catastrofic.. for a country wherein the vast majority of everydayers think RE prices just cant go down....... after all, a large % are totally over committed...
The US is definitely not a paradise...thats for sure, maybe its just wishfull thinking on your part that you would like to see the Bears making off overthere...with a bear under each arm.. Ha Lol
