There is no action from ASIC.
If there was any action from ASIC we would already be suspended and the questions from ASIC would come after that.
These things that you say are not made public is absolute crap because the market would need to know what's going on and an announcement would be made.
As for the locations of the Directors, unless I'm mistaken, the last time I looked Darwin and Perth were still in Australia.
We are all suffering with the SP languishing around these levels but to start silly rumours that are not true is fraught with danger.
