Labor has gone to much to the left too fast. FC policy directly impacted a majority of TLS shareholder. "Taxing the rich" and "negative gearing", essentially Labour trying to pit young vs old.
Watching ABC now, they still have the best political commentary. Panel was saying the "young" has parents that will "Educate" them about how Labor policy will impact them as well, their inheritance. ABC does have a left bias, so does SMH/The Age etc, I watch them, but I use them as a contrarian view point. ASX in general always surge after an election. Lets see what happen on Monday. All the polling were pointing to a major Labor win, this reminded me of Trump, everyone was saying Hilary will win. There is a silent majority that doesn't care about polling anymore. As for property, I think global headwinds will continue, especially the US-china trade war. If anything, without a labor win, it'll probably be a more soft landing then a hard one.
