The polls have shifted as T campaign attracts thousands even Jin the cold and at midnight. Popular vote will go to B but EC looks like it likely will go to T. Results from Pennsylvania will take days to tabulate and the election could well be decided in the courts. Neither side will give up easily and violence in the cities is a good possibility. Republican voters are inclined to vote in person while mail in voting is more likely Democratic. Do early returns will be pro B but from the crowds and enthusiasm I see a red surge is developing abd will give the EC vote to T.
The EC vote in general is proportional to the popular vote but some states are winner take all. I am not sure that there is anything in the Constitution that requires that.So-IMO a member of the EC can vote as he desires and may not follow the popular vote as has been the practice. This is just my opinion etc so " cum grano salis".
No matter who wins. turmoil ahead ! There will be no healing as B claims. Ideological split is too wide. Socialism, Lt shift, open borders not acceptable to existing power structure.
