I hope you're right.
The polls read almost exactly the same at the last election.
As much as I'd tend to agree with your stated points, and hope you are in fact correct, I wouldn't place any doubt on the possibility for Trump to once again prove those polls to be bogus, and come home strong at the 11th hour for a win.
Will just have to wait and see what prevails I suppose?..
