I bought and sold two properties in WA Michael, one was in Wellington Street Mosman Park--a 1 bedroom unit--same street as Rose Porteous--she lived up the wealthier end (her house she demolished a few years back) I lived there two years--sold that one--then bought the house in Mt Hawthorn.---Steve
