    I can now answer my own question - the posts of National President and vice President by postal ballot with the result announced 13/10 -- I think Rann ( pro )and Iemma (anti) are nominated and uranium policy is an issue -- we need Rann or one from the Ferguson camp to win this election and it will pretty much confirm the new uranium policy and help the smm price - but if the wild left win it will be negative for smm.
