My thoughts are that even if the Simutu take a narrow election win and not an outright majority, they will go into a coalition with the Naleraq Pary who they have joined forces as a coalition with in 2016. Naleraq appears to have been the beneficiaries of the drop in support for the Democrats.
The drop in support for the Democrats bodes well for the pro-mining parties, as it was the withdrawal by the Democrats over the Greenland mine from the existing coalition, that has lead to this election.
Early results are encouraging.
