elections seem to go well

Cut this from another post so maybe interest might increase and we get some announcement in the next 3-4 weeks so we can start drilling...

Polls close at 10 am EDT time, I assume evening their time, and so far peaceful with high turnout.

In Osh, where the unrest was a few months ago and it was feared that the minorities would not turn out, the turnout was heavy. The head of the Osh election commission said his region had the highest turnout in the country at one PM local time.

there are almost 3000 foreign observers and of course there are complaints, but these seem to be about things like marking thumbs before a vote is cast or before a person's name is found on the list, rather than anything more serious.
The main point seems to be it is peaceful so hopefully we can get the drilling started soon
