Vic we do share some views about management skills. You do have to consider that this is a learning curve for our people also and it isn't all that simple in Mongolia. Mark is exceptionally talented but has not claimed to be a great administrator and clearly is not.
I am hoping for a good Jorc and I am hoping it will be out before the end of next week. Till then we might as well all shut up and wait and we can make our calls when we see what sort of baby we have delivered. With luck twins!!!
