You would EXPECT that the new smart GREEN technology would have that already built in.
If the plans are to go 100% green, that mean power 24/7/ 365.
So will make the cost even dearer for the end user (again), when it should have already been factored into the construction.
If they are going to build a base load replacement network instead of a sometimes I'll work, but only if the conditions suit network
Its a bit like tesla cars door that won't open in the colder weather because they didn't think of that
