Not exactly sure what you mean there! I'm claiming that almost 100% of new cars will be electric within 10 - 15 years. Wouldn't surprise me if it was sooner. I reckon Britain over shot their ban on ice cars, there won't be any to ban, IMO. News the last couple of days - Global car makers scrambling all over the place looking for the best Lithium mines.
