any cars parked in any garage are potentially dangerous
just take a stock standard ICE car - it's got liquid fuel, it's got a battery, it's got electronics, it's got wiring, wiring has got insulation, mice LOVE to eat insulation, you get mice, the mice eat the insulation and build a little nest, the mice get the munchies in the night and go through the insulation - it shorts - it sets the little micey house on fire, the fire spreads through the engine bay very very very rapidly - the car fire lights your house, you are in bed, you haven't put a new battery in your smoke detector - you die.
and, everyone else lived happily ever after
and, yep - it happens -- luckily, the deaths don't happen too often - but, car fires do
