When I see the regular headline " 60,000 jobs available in renewable energy" or similar stuff, I automatically think "wages plus super plus holidays plus workers comp plus etc. etc. ... say about $100,000 a year for each extra worker," so an extra $6 billion a year cost for renewable energy - no wonder our power bills are going up! I have this mental image of giant people-powered mouse wheels coupled to grid-connected generators all spinning happily to keep the Christmas lights on... you could probably earn a small power discount if you keep running all night and signal your green virtue at the same time! How about it Sarah?
