I dont usually have a problem these days as my bladder works in reverse to my fuel tank. On a trip my bladder has about a 200Km capacity from empty to fill and as service stations are usually available with toilets that works out OK. As a safety feature I have a few hundred kilometers fuel in reserve in case I need to empty the other tank.
Both systems have an alarm device that lets me know, in advance, if a pitt stop is on the agenda.
