Hey Acorn, im in Canberra and travel to Sydney, Melbourne, Cooma and South Coast regularly so often charge in public places. Despite almost zero public investment theres still plenty around and more by the day. Imagine how far the $2.3 Billion subsidy that went to Viva and Ampol would have gone on EV Charging! Oh thats right, fossil fuels = free market blah blah blah.

I charge every few days as required. For example theres 140 km in the tank but it's cloudy today so I'm not going to charge it. Tomorrow is sunny so i cam fill it up for free then. Yet to decide what ill spend the $50 on that I avoided from not going to the petrol station - maybe a nice meal!
