Kacy, have to disagree, we simply will NOT have access without the plastic card even with our own powerwall installed at home, govt will take as they see fit; not unlike payroll tax. We just keep on giving, all too easy. We already have ministers with hundreds of millions$ & guaranteed hundreds of millions more under their own exclusive self-constructed retirement (fully taxpayer funded) schemes. How easy would it be to "invent" a plastic power card? But wait! There's more! You can even pay in credits so that you are never behind with payments & permanently avoid late payment fees &/or being cut off. When it comes to taking money, they are sheer genius. How much do they need? Clearly, enough,does not apply to them. I have to practise abstinence in my daily life & fully intend to continue with this on polling day.
