I read some comments attached to that article link - someone there mentioned a cost equivalent to AUD $0.89 / kWh in the UK at some "petrol station" charge points !?!?!
That's $89 (AUD) to fully charge your 100 kWh Tesla !
...compared to about $17-$20 charging off-peak at home here!?
IIRC the Tesla guy told me they are charging about 35c / kWh for supercharger use here (= $35 for a complete fill).
The UK rate sounds crazy (albeit that you would rarely use this expensive option anyway; only on long trips and when in a hurry)!
