It's better than nothing, but it's still pretty hopeless from our supposed leaders. I mean if they dropped the luxury car tax instead, that would save ~$10k on the average Tesla. The tax was only there to protect the local car manufacturing industry, which no longer exists. If they waived LCT, that would be a decent incentive.
