so the handyman gave me the low down, and the tips on how to handle the new lethal weapon, aka my wham bam new electric drill
he might be trying to get rid of me as a customer..... no just joking... he is rather busy so I guess he is happy doing the bigger jobs, allowing me to do the little things
he bought me a fancy Ryobi Workbench, with vices and grips to make it easier for cutting timber...love it, an amazing amount of things I can do now...
so far I have drilled holes, and put in screws in a fraction of the time....
the next project is a simple A frame advertising board... a couple of pieces of timber, with hinges to fold it... I expect it will take minutes to complete now
I had a garage sale at the weekend, I put a whole stack of stuff out the front, and told them it was free.... by the end of the day it was all gone... it saved me packing it up and taking it all to the charity shops, or paying to have it removed there were some reasonably expensive items in there.... but since it was more important to clear the decks so be it
I bet they all come back for the next garage sale... cheers
