I worked on a farm where 14 tractors from 400 to 525 horsepower worked 24 hours a day for months on end . A Versatile 1150 has a 1500 lt tank and can go 23 hours before needing to refuel . How on earth can an electric equivalent even come close. Whilst I was rumbling about in my big tractor there were 10 D9L dozers with 45' stick rakes on the front clearing the land ahead of me , add to that the road trains , scrapers, graders. Landcruisers , service/ fuel trucks the mind boggles..
