Electric not a threat to oil just yet, page-16

Hi,
I do laugh when people talk about electric cars. One thing is for sure most developed countries don't want them. The entire world revolves around oil burning power. Where do electric cars get their re-charge from? Power outlets supplied from oil burning/gas burning generation. Where do most developed countries governments get most of their taxes/income from...........? It is a long way away before we wee the non-reliance on oil fuels. The majority of car manufacturers don't want to know about electric cars because they are too costly to produce and most consumers do not want to spend the extra cost in buying one. Has anyone replaced a set of batteries in an electric car.....not cheap. Oil will certainly be here to stay in my life time.
Bring it on FAR..........soon the gusher will explode.
