Is “Clean Diesel” the new buzz phrase for oil justification?

However, the above still contain Carbon monoxide, (CO)

So, what is CO?

So, one can have both clean diesel and/or clean coal as squeaky clean as one likes however, if there is any CO connected with the above, (as there appears to be) one may be still entertaining jeopardy.

As far as charge times go for electric batteries, it appears to be an evolution whereby batteries are becoming faster to charge, smaller in size and less expensive to purchase.

Also, in the case of shipping and/or trains there may be alternatives such as flow through Vanadium batteries or even Hydrogen power appearing in the future?

As far as China goes, at least they started the electric ball rolling with Elon and the current expanding market of electric vehicles.
