Countries around the world are seeking to transition from a high carbon economy and LI-S provides a pathway. Governments around the world offer incentives to businesses for locally manufactured products, which reduce emissions.

Li-S are licensing the product and manufacturing will take place overseas in most cases. This also has the potential to allow companies the opportunity to avail themselves to environmental grant funding, carbon offsets and taxation reductions in different jurisdictions.

A major automotive company would be willing to throw huge money at Li-S, there is nothing available globally that has anywhere near the current confirmed development, let alone the future upside in capacity limits.

VW were willing to throw $300M at a fancy slide presentation in 2018 for a pipedream.

So what is the REAL DEAL worth….

It is totally feasible for a major company to write a cheque for more than Li-S’s current Market Cap just to get a foot in the door.

Collaborations can happen very quickly.
