You said a round trip. If you leave home with a full battery, that means an opportunity to recharge at your outward destination. After 300km, honestly a fast charger would have you recharged in less than 30 minutes while you grab some lunch before your return trip home. Maybe your outward destination doesn’t have fast chargers yet, but they will soon enough.
