Whilst I agree with everything that you have mentioned I believe "range anxiety" only to be one factor.
Another major factor is charging infrastructure. I reside in a North Queensland town of between 10-12k people, the town has only TWO charging stations! (and they are next to each other), good luck for your 30 minute charge, and on your way.
The other fact is the nearest town to us is over 100k's away, so a range of 250k's is not going to cut the mustard.

My answer the the OP is D. Although a lot of hurdles need to be overcome.
